The downstairs bedrooms, accessible wet room, large open-plan living space, and kitchen are all on one floor, which is ideal for wheelchair users or guests with accessibility needs (see our Accessibility page for more details).
The enclosed south-facing courtyard garden, surrounding fields and footpaths make it a highly popular dog-friendly cottage in Winterton-on-Sea. We can welcome up to 3 dogs.

Threshing Barn Details
Living Space: The living space is open plan with a large well equipped kitchen and separate dining and living areas. There is seating for eight around a large dining table and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living area has sofa seating for eight and a 42″ flat screen TV, a home cinema with an iPod docking station, a selection of DVDs, a book library and board games.
Two downstairs bedrooms: the Paddock bedroom is a twin and has a wet room next door with large doorways and grab bars. The large Farmland bedroom can be set up as a super king size double or a twin, with an en-suite.
Two upstairs bedrooms: The Windmill bedroom has a king size bed with next door bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony so you can enjoy the Norfolk sunsets. The Lighthouse bedroom can be set up as a super king size double or a twin, with en-suite.
Outdoor space: Fenced off courtyard garden, access to wildflower meadows, and kitchen garden. Off street parking for up to 6 cars and access to an EV charging point. Access to shared Games Barn.
